This place was awesome. We didn't have to wait long. Our waiter was accomodating and the food was delicious. If ever you are in Olvera St. I would highly recommend this place.

It was my first time in the neighborhood and it sure was quite interesting!!! The restaurant is in like a Mexican Barrio, there's street vendors and other Mexican restaurants outside. It's like you are walking in a mercado. We came on a Friday night right before they were closing. We ordered the Governor's Pico platter to share with me and my boyfriend and we also checked in and got the fresh made on the spot Guacamole by our server Jaime. He recommended the platter for us to share since it was our first time there and we wanted to try everything. We also chatted a bit and gave me some information about the area. I was curious why they closed so early and it was they don't get business after 6pm.

Really good food, the price was a little on the high side however the quality of the food made up for it. I gave four stars because our server pocketed the change without asking.
